A truly Cabernet drinkers Cabernet. The 2003 Horse Heaven Hills Cabernet Sauvignon fills the mouth with fruit, medium tannins and medium oak. Just enough acid to provide a pleasing finish begging to be replenished by another sip.

Aged for 28 months in French oak.

A fullbodied Merlot. The 2004 Horse Heaven Hills Merlot is a well balanced wine with medium tannins. This wine provides the same full mouth feel of all fine wines with just the right amount acid acting to balance the rich oak nose. This Merlot is top class wine.
